We got our Scalar about 4 months ago. I’ve done a few imprinting etc, but mainly we just sleep in it every night. Keep it pure and simple to start. We have never slept better. For the past 20 years I’ve only gotten a few dozen great night sleeps. Now it’s pretty much every night! Will eventually run GenX thru scalar but I would suggest keeping it simple to start unless you are needing to work on some serious issues. All the best to you!
