I’m starting to use it also all night (8 to 9 hours)… but just used it for one month… Having the same experience of having great sleeps and profound dreams… And taking one or two days for breaks during the week…
Also adding frecuencies with GeneratorX part of the night for specific chronic pains… and i’m having great results… for my neck pain / back pain etc..etc..
