But what I wanted to also share (that’s really exciting) is that my body immediately informed me that the Spooky2 Scalar works!!! In my 25 years healing journey, there has been an indicator that has shown me if the modality I was using was working on my mental and spiritual bodies (which then has an effect on the physical body), and that indicator is that I would yawn. Not the type of yawn when the body needs more oxygen, but the type of yawn where the body is releasing stagnant, trapped ‘charge’ or energy. And for the first 30 minutes after turning it on, I was yawning those big yawns that hurt your jaw joint, 3 to 5 times a minute! After an hour or so, I felt like I could go to sleep, and that was surprising because since I moved my bedroom, I haven’t slept well at all and I’ve been getting up after only about 4 hours of sleep!
So, this is for those newbies like me, or those folks thinking about purchasing the Spooky2 Scalar, who are concerned about tuning the unit, don’t overthink it. It’s really very simple- I promise!
