I let the Schumann program loop all night. I feel like I’m on a gentle wave with each wave calmer and more relaxing than the last. I’ve noticed my heart slows down (in a good way), my breathing becomes substantially deep and before I know it, I fade out to a deep-sleep. I don’t remember dreaming, but I do wake up every morning feeling grounded and I know this because I find I can handle challenging situations that I normally did not handle so well before incorporating the Schumann Program during sleep.
