Rusty our beloved cat, adopted us when he ran away from a ranch located 1/2 mile away in September 2022. He has always had those reddish tinted tears going on 3 years now, involving his left eye only. The first time we took him to our vet she said there was a test to see if it was a medical condition that was treatable with a prescription. The test came back negative, she said he probably had an undersized tear duct or allergies. In June, we started running Scalar in our bedroom, where all the cats spend a lot of time sleeping. Rusty‘s eye did show about a 25% improvement after about 30 days of Scalar, but that was as good as it got. Now his eye is no longer running. I will update this post if his eye does start running again, since it has only been 7 days. His eye usually looks worse than the 2 before pictures show.
UPDATE: It is now 1 July 2026. His eye still looks great! I believe this proves that Spooky2 is not just a placebo effect like some people claim.
