It’s a fantastic journey and great to have others to learn and share!

Looks like everyone has different experiences. I sleep with scalar running all night for the past three months. As time passes I need less sleep and have more energy!

Occasionally, nap during the day with scalar if I run down a little.
I’ve found drinking Lots of filtered water keeps energy more balanced (think “battery”) and now finding diet affects energy as well. The less processed the food, the more energy.

I’m beginning to think we were created to live on a “diet” of water, light, and air (breath). Our physical digestive system was intended only as a supplemental or a backup system. We’ve been educated the opposite. Eat three meals a day, etc. I eat one small “meal” and snack a couple of times or have a smoothie.

I’ve also determined that every single person is different so it’s a matter of being open to educating oneself, experimenting, and being conscious and aware of what works best for you.
