Spooky 2 is an amazing system. Although I am just getting started, I already see results in myself, being on Scalar and programs. My sleep is deeper, and I feel I have more energy. Sometimes simple is best! I have been using 8 drops of Double Helix Water in a glass dish on my Scalar for two nights. I have slept the best ever, and have woken this morning feeling brilliant.
