I have a GenX and a Scalar. I use GenX for BFB and Remote applications of frequencies. I sleep with the scalar running either on its own or with substances on the Receiver coil such as an essential oil or herbal supplement. Occasionally I structure water on the transmitter coil. I rarely run frequencies during sleep through the scalar at night as I find, for me, I sleep better with no frequencies running through the scalar.
I use the Remote to deliver frequencies 24/7 and plain Scalar for restorative sleep which encourages and assists the body to heal itself.
I use nail clippings from single-use clippers.
