Hi everyone! I have been in this group for a while taking inspiration and hope from your stories. I thought I would share mine (with before and after photos), as maybe it will help someone. My 4 year old Maltese/Yorkie Bodhi was diagnosed with what they thought was pneumonia in summer of 2022 (without a an x-ray), and after treatment the horrible cough would still come and go. Attacks of coughing that was followed by vomiting, where he could barely breathe or keep food down. After receiving proper x-rays they diagnosed him with severe tracheal collapse (as you can see in image one). We gave him the tracheal collapse treatments (Prednisone oral, lomotil, cerenia, etc) but they didn’t solve the problem as he kept having respiratory attacks of severe coughing and vomiting. So we were referred to a specialist who said it is likely two problems – some sort of chronic bronchitis/asthma PLUS tracheal collapse. He prescribed an inhaler (steroid) like what is used in human asthma to treat the bronchitis and said to return for a follow-up where we would talk about the tracheal collapse. In the meantime, my Mom recommended the Rife Spooky2 Scalar machine which I put on either side of my bed so he would receive the frequencies while we slept. When we went for our follow-up appointment the vet came out surprised, and showed me the second image of the beautiful wide open trachea. I’m not sure if reversals like this happen often, but the vet seemed surprised so I thought we would share our story. The combination of an inhaled steroid and spooky scalar did this. No other herbs, medications or interventions have been given to him in between x-rays. It’s quite amazing and I will keep you posted on his progress as he still has a bit of residual scarring in his left lung that I’m hoping will clear up as well.
