I have a dark field microscope, and naturally, I’m my own best guinea pig. I have been observing my blood since February when I got the microscope. I have had severe rouleaux where the red blood cells clump together and look like rolls of coins. There have been hardly any RBCs that have not been attached to another.
Since then I have learned some kinesiology, and that has helped quite a bit, but the blood tends to revert back to the rouleaux state after a while.
Lately, I’ve been experimenting with molecular hydrogen. It behaves like a selective antioxidant. It is the smallest molecule in the universe and can easily pass through cell walls to neutralize harmful Reactive Oxygen Species. Back to my point, I recently checked my blood and it looked terrible, so I did an experiment with a small vial of hydrogen-rich water. I put the vial on the receiver plate of the Spooky2 Scalar, pricked my finger and put a couple drops of blood into the vial (while still on the plate/coil), gently twirled the solution and left it on the plate while I laid between the units. I did this three times over the course of three days. My blood now looks amazing and vibrant! All the RBCs are separated and repelling each other, and my finger pricks are noticeably more of a bright red than the dark scarlet I’m used to.
