I have noticed benefits. I have it running 24/7 in my home unless I have visitors. I sleep in the field every night and travel with it if I can. The benefits? Sleep is enhanced. Energy higher. Brain fog lifted within days of getting it. I wouldn’t be without it. Kind of hard to put a finger in it. But intuitively it resonates.
